I believe we all have a 'piece of gold' ruminating inside us. It could be a dream, an ambition, an unfulfilled purpose, a passion, a calling, a big decision to make....  I will inspire and empower you to explore and transform, helping you make your 'piece of gold' a reality.

DARE TO DREAM......

Have you ever taken the time to imagine what your dream life really looks like and how it would be to live that life?  My five-session coaching programme 'Unlock Your Gold' will help you to see your potential and support you to explore the possibilities.  If you are new to coaching I suggest we start with this.

WHAT HAPPENS? 

We will cover a lot of work including discovering your own personal value system and how to live by it. We will explore your visions and find your Life Purpose.  Together we will challenge those pesky self-limiting messages that lead to your self-doubt: "I can't do that!"  "I'm not good enough!"  "Who do I think I am?" "I wish I could but I can't" ... And I will help you to create sustainable support systems to allow you to reach your potential and achieve success.

HOW? 

We will do this by using a mixture of talking, questioning, exercises and visualisations via our Skype or phone Life Coaching sessions and I may ask you to do some simple homework tasks between sessions too.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?  

The commitment you need to begin this programme is a willingness to look at making changes so you can live a happy life true to yourself and your values and beliefs.

HOW TO BEGIN?

I recommend six pre-arranged phone or Skype calls of up to one hour each.  The first session is a 'no charge' introductory call to make sure my style of Life Coaching fits with your needs, then a further five coaching calls, generally in weekly succession.  

I am also available for one-off coaching sessions to those familiar with the benefits of Life Coaching.
